REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

You have 48 Hours  from the time you get your item to request a return under our Return Policy.  

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.  

Contact us at mefultondigiecommercepvtltd@gmail.com to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions.

REFUNDS

We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.  

Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.  

The refund process takes 5-7 days at Classicculture.
